current research focuses on computational nanobiosensing with applications in biomedical
domain.

Abstract: Bio-inspired evolutionary computing (BIEC) is a branch of artificial intelligence that
draws inspiration from natural evolutionary processes and biological systems. It aims to solve
optimization and search problems by simulating the principles of natural selection, mutation,
crossover, and other mechanisms found in nature. The main advantages of BIEC are its
adaptability, robustness, and ability to handle complex and nonlinear problems. It has found
widespread applications in various fields. In this workshop, we will invite 10 experts in the area of
theories and applications of BIEC. The topics will include engineering optimization, machine
learning, bioinformatics, robotics and other emerging topics about BIEC.
