BICT 2024 will also highlight innovative research and technologies being developed for biomedicine that are inspired by ICT (ICT-inspired biomedicine).

We welcome contributions from the following fields:

THRUST 1: Bio-inspired ICT
  • Artificial chemistry, immune systems, gene regulatory networks, and life
  • Bio-inspired multi-agent systems
  • Bio-inspired evolutionary computing
  • Biological computing and communication
  • Brain-computer and human-computer interface
  • DNA computing and storage
  • Internet of bio-nano-things
  • Molecular computing and communication
THRUST 2: ICT-inspired biomedicine
  • AI and big data for biomedicine
  • Body sensor networks for healthcare
  • Communication and computational modeling of epidemics
  • Computational nanobiosensing

All accepted authors are eligible to submit an extended version in a fast track of:

Additional publication opportunities:

There will be also two Special Issues organized for 15th EAI BICT 2024:

1. IEEE Transactions on Molecular, Biological and Multi-Scale (IEEE Transactions on Molecular, Biological, and Multi-Scale Communications | IEEE Communications Society (
2. IEEE Transactions on NanoBioscience (TNB Homepage – Transactions on NanoBioscience (TNB) (

By paying an additional $150, authors can publish their articles in the EAI Endorsed Transactions journal selected by the conference (Scopus and Ei-indexed). The article’s publication is subject to the following requirements:
– It must be an extended version of the conference paper with a different title and abstract. In general, 30% of new content must be added.
